Our service forms the backbone of the administrative system of the Government of Jharkhand. The officers of this service play a vital role in every stage—from policy formulation to its implementation. Though our contributions often remain behind the scenes, they are integral to the smooth functioning of governance — and this is our true strength.

The Sangh has always been committed to protecting the rights, advancing the interests, and enhancing the capacity of its members. In recent years, we have achieved significant milestones — whether it is improvement in pay structures, advocating cadre restructuring, or raising long-pending service-related issues with the authorities.

At the same time, we firmly believe that speaking of rights must go hand in hand with a deep sense of responsibility. Excellence in administration, transparency, efficiency, and citizen-focused service delivery should remain our collective goals.

Through this website, we aim to promote transparency, easy access to information, and open communication among all service officers.
